Louis Perlmann Stahlwarenfabrik was founded in 1868. It registered the “Golf” trademark in 1910, “Louper” in 1913 and “Flamme” in 1915. Johannes Friedrich Perlmann owned the company in 1925, making Golf safety razors, razor blades, horse shears and hair clippers.
