Hugo Servatius, Stahlwarenfabrik, began around 1918. Its trademark of a bird flying past the setting sun was originally owned by Gustav Theegarten; Servatius bought and re-registered it in 1920. The firm made scissors, cutlery, cake slicers, manicure articles and gifts, and also owned G.E. Bick, trading from the same address.

“Absolutely stunning in every aspect. So much background information that has been missed in other books. Definitely worth the price.”
